Roof Repair Smedway's Flat Roof Repair crews are trained on TPO, EPDM, and modified bitumen systems across Chemung, not general shingle work applied to a flat surface.
Our Flat Roof Repair technicians are trained specifically on membrane systems, not general shingle repair applied to a low-slope roof.
We also test repaired seams for a proper bond before leaving, rather than assuming a visual check is enough.
Every Flat Roof Repair technician carries current Chemung, NY licensing for commercial roofing work.
We coordinate Chemung scheduling around your business hours whenever the situation allows.
Membrane type and repair scope are itemized separately in every Flat Roof Repair estimate.
Proper membrane welding equipment prevents the seam failures common with improvised patches.
Here's what falls under our Chemung Flat Roof Repair service for commercial and low-slope roofs.
We test repaired seams for a proper bond before considering the Flat Roof Repair job complete.
EPDM punctures and seam failures are patched with compatible materials, not a mismatched quick fix.
Standing water that doesn't drain within 48 hours accelerates membrane breakdown and needs a drainage fix, not just a patch.
Modified bitumen blisters and seam issues are repaired using proper torch-down or cold-adhesive technique depending on the situation.
We clear and repair drains and scuppers as part of a full Flat Roof Repair visit.
Rooftop HVAC units and their curbs are a frequent source of Chemung commercial roof leaks that general roofers often overlook.
Commercial Flat Roof Repair visits are scheduled around your operating hours whenever the situation allows.
On-site assessment identifies the membrane type and the actual cause of the issue.
Drainage and ponding issues are assessed alongside any visible membrane damage.
A completed Flat Roof Repair includes a walkthrough of what was repaired and why.
